Your privacy is important to me. The following explains what customer information is collected/not collected and how it is used.

What Information is Collected:

As part of the ordering process the following information is collected from customers:
Name, Shipping/Billing information, Phone Number and Email Address.

What Information is Not Collected:

The customer's credit card and/or bank account information is not collected by me to process your order. All credit card and/or bank account information is collected only through the verified Paypal server which processes your payment. I am not privy to nor given any credit card numbers or information. Please see Paypal's website for their Privacy Information.

How Collected Information is Used:

The information I collect is used to fill orders and contact customers. I do not sell, trade or provide your information to any other businesses or information companies.
I am fortunate that for many of the Custom orders, customers share with me the stories and photos of their special horse/s. Before shipping a Custom order, I take a photo of the item/s for my own personal Scrapbook. With the customer's permission, I may add their photo/s and story to the Portfolio page on my website. No customer contact info is ever shown on that page.
